Looking for a Hunting lease for me & My son

I'm looking for some place to lease for me and my son or for 4 guns .We looked at a place in Uvalde Tx last Sunday and It just looked shot out ,things just didn't seem right. It can be just me and my son that would be great this way all rules by the owner are followed.
We Had been hunting in Sonora Tx on my Nephews place but I want something of my own so that I don't have to ask to go after having paid . I would pay him for letting me and my son hunt but other family would just show up and this got old when you pay and they don't. Plus 4 1/2 hour drive one way gets old fast when you work at night and leave after work. looking for something within 1 to 1 1/2 hour drive .
So anyways Can someone point me in the right direction of a nice place thats not shot out ?

I'm looking for the same thing myself, but just for myself, my daughter MIGHT come with me once, but she's only 5.
