Thanks for the welcome guys. The trip over here was just fine. I was pulling the gooseneck loaded with my two blue heelers in the cab, my wife was following me in the dodge with our two girls. We stopped at Holloman AFB in NM and stayed the first night, then we drove straight across to Wichita Falls. I got to pull a huge mountain right outside of Alamagordo, NM and my rig handled that grade and switch backs perfect.

So far we have found a few houses we are interested in here. We made an offer on one that comes with 2.17 acres. We also looked at another house that hasn't been lived in for a few months and is owned by countrywide lending. It comes on 2.50 acres and the asking price is 121k. I truely believe I could get that for 100k since its bank owned. Its in decent shape too. That would be a good flip I believe.

Hey welcome! I arrived to Whichita Falls, Texas 2 weeks ago. Right now I'm in Tech School for Aerospace Propulsion. I noticed your display name was AMMO that was was I was supposed to originally come in for but there was an open spot to leave home earlier so I took it. I still want to do Ammo though. UPDATE: We made an offer on a home in Clay county and it was accepted. It has 2.17 acres, and 1890sq. ft of living space. I need to find out how much it will cost me to build a pole barn/shop (24x40x12 roughly). I get to buy all the things I never needed in AZ, like a chainsaw, weedeater, lawnmower/tractor, etc. We can't get the keys until the 21st of Nov though (someone still lives in it).
