Puppies for Adoption - Houston Area

Title pretty much says it all. Tuesday some jerk off left 2 pups outside of petsmart where my fiance works. We took them to a local no kill shelter, but the pups had worms, and a bacterial skin infection. We decided to foster the dogs here at the house so we can make sure that they get the medicine. the skin infection should be cleared within 2 weeks, and from the looks of things (their poo :vomit they should be de-wormed.

The dogs. One Male, One female (brother and sister) about 4 months old. So far the little girl (joce - short for jocelyn - but whoever can change the name) has been pretty sweet and friendly. Has done really well with duke and emma. Even does well with our cat pip.

The male - Jack (again can be changed) has also been a sweet dog and good with the other two and even pip, but is more skiddish than Joce. he is a friendly pup, but I think he had a worse experience with his previous owner. he seems be be more skiddish of men than women.

Both look like they are a lab mix. Jack looks like a lab mixed with pit bull but Joce looks almost straight lab..

Here is joce

Here is Jack

the shelter that they can be adopted through is called Noahs Ark. the cost will be 90 dollars each for adoption but that will also include the spay or neuter for each as well as a distemper vaccine. According to heather the dogs have had their first round of puppy shots..

if anyone is interested please let me know.

Good for you for being so kind and responsible. Idiots leaving animals behind like that deserve an azz wooping. Good luck to you and those nice looking pups in finding a deserving adoption.

those are some good lookin pups, I used to work at petsmart when I was 16 and we always had people doing that with dogs, kind of a sad deal but its better that those dogs be with someone else that can take care of them then the person they were with before.

Hope you find a good home for them
