Good Diesel shop in or near Austin

Anybody got any good diesel shops in or around Austin? I used 1st repair once and it seems they've gone out of business. Anybody had some good experience with anybody? What about a dealership? Mac Haik been good for anybody? I dislike Covert Ford. I would rather not use a dealership but if that's my only option then I'll do it. Thanks for the help

I have heard good things about M&M diesel in Manor but I haven't used them myself.

What do you need done to the truck? I just drove my truck from Corpus to Houston to have PowerStroke Enginuities work on it. Gaskets, studs, EGR, etc... I dont like dealerships so for me it was worth the drive.

I live in Austin and take my OBS F250 to Malone Diesel in Dripping Springs, its just outside of Austin about 14 miles. The have done work for me and do an honest job. They do the work asked and then look to see if anything else needs attention. I recently had to have them troubleshoot my 97 and they fixed it, bad CPS from Oriely auto parts. When it was all done they called and said it was done, and when I picked it up they mentioned that I should think about replacing the mechanical fuel pump in the future as it was starting to weep a little. I'm taking it back to the soon just to make sure it doesn't strand me.

The Mac Haik in georgetown is really good. We buy all of our trucks from them and my service guy always takes care of me, it maybe a little drive for you but my service guy is Jason Norman.
