Relocating To The Woodlands From Colorado

Due to a recent promotion, my wife and I are moving from Colorado to The Woodlands. I have a couple of questions for you guys if you don't mind.

What do I need to do to get my license plates? I know I need to get it inspected but how about an emissions test? Do I need to remove the H&S tuner for the safety inspection?

My local dealer is great and doesn't have a problem with a tuned truck. Any MOD friendly dealers in the Spring area? Please PM me you know of any.

No Texas diesel emmisions tests. Only on gas engines 2-25 yrs old and only in certain counties.
Legally you're supposed to still have the EGR/DPF/DOC and a muffler but most don't care/know what to look for. The H&S is fine.

That would be nice not to have to put it back on before we head down there. I guess I'll get it inspected without the DPF and see what happens. Thanks!

Lol the place that does my inspection is the same ones that cut my muffler off and straight piped my truck.

Btw welcome to Texas and I'm only about 30-45 minutes from spring/woodlands area .
