Looking for a good steakhouse in Austin. Price really doesn't matter but I want a good one.

Fogo De Chao off of 3rd street. Best stuff in town no doubt about it.

I would be afraid of eating a steak in Austin with all the libs, it may be tofu and soy.

Look up the Palm. Fine dining and great steaks.

now if your into chicken fried steak then i must say Shady Grove on Barton Springs rd go with the chicken fried with green chili and cheddar cheese , twice baked green chili potato and salad with jalapeno ranch dressing...freakin awesome !!!

I've been twice and both times it has far surpassed any food I've eaten before. Worth the $65 a plate

Just do like i do and don't eat for the day before you go....so you get the most out of it lol

well ??? how was Fogo ? never heard of it but curiosity got me and after looking at the website it sounds like "Texas De Brazil" , been there a few times and have little use for the salad bar but the meat was fantastic.
