LONG....lets just say "tradition"

"The legend claims that the name came about due to an prank led by students of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas. It is true that in 1917, four Texas A&M Aggies kidnapped the longhorn and branded him with "13 - 0", the score of A&M's 1915 win over Texas. Texas students are rumored to have retaliated by changing the steer's brand to Bevo, as is sometimes claimed."

You know I'm just busting your balls buddy. Hell I went to the Army and then war, never even seen the inside of a real college until I took Lisa to A&M. kinda neat. Damn sure neat. Get your butt in UT and enjoy it - learn. Don't mind my playing cuz I always wanted my whole life to be an Aggie. Have one already and looks like my youngest will be one as well.
