ford gone wild

So I have a 2010 ford F 350 diesel. It runs like crap. 15 miles/ gallon smokes bad and it has a hard time starting in the cold ( even in the garage ). I took it to the dealer and they have nothing for it. they mentioned everything is fine. So I run over this product called FSR and Total power. I have tried them and my truck is breathing new life. the smoke is gun my mileage is up ( 19.0 - 19.5 ) idles smooth and it starts really easy in the cold. I am now worried that it is too good. Has anyone else heard of those products or used them. I am happy with them and highly recommend them. The site I got them from ( Timber Mountain Diesel - best diesel product ) The truck is stuck. no mods.
