Oil leak and coolant in oil in 7.3l

Hey there, i own a 2000 f250 7.3l.
My truck has been leaking oil a lot so I've been checking the oil level all the time and filling it constantly. Recently I checked the oil and it looks like there is coolant in the oil (it is green in color).. I'm thinking it's the head gasket or the oil cooler,. I think I'm in denial that it is the head gasket, but it makes sense. Oil cooler would push oil into the coolant no?.. I just need to get a few opinions so I can find out if I can fix her up myself or if it will be a large project.
