Angry "The New Guy"

Hello...great site everyone. My brother-in-law works at ford and pushed me here. I've never posted anything before so here it goes. My 2004 shortbox crew is not a happy truck and making me unhappy in the process. It goes back to the dealer next week for the fifth time. Oil, oil, oil leaks and a clunky trans. I have had a total of 8 differant leaks repaired (no rear main yet..go figure), the turbo replaced and the dealer says that the "clunk" is normal (they gave me a factory notice dated 8/26/04 #18100.) This normal "clunk" is now louder and doing it more frequent. Its always at low speeds 1-2 gear speeding up and slowing down. I' bought it new and with only 48,500 miles on it needless to say I have not been a happy camper with customer service. Anybody have any suggestions on avenues of repair other than parking it in front of the offices in Dearborn.....Thanks JD

As far as your problems you can post them in the 6.0 forum and a tech might be along to give you advice. This being the intro forum you might not get a tech seeing it.
