how do you get the picture from the photo bucket to the thread. We are using copy shortcut and paste and get the name of the picture there, but not the photograph there. Can you help tell us the right process to use to do this?

many thanks, I know I'm a little thick,but dam. I have two windows open(photobucket/powerstroke.org). I check the img box below the pic,then right click the pic and get the drop down box,then left click "copy" then i go over and right click in the thread and do not get the "paste" option in the drop down box.
