7.3 diesel...good deal? HELP

i found a '99 stroker with a 7.3 and 150k miles on it,it has a brand new tranny with borg warner clutches, trans go tugger kit, billet torque converter and 6 way ts chip...all this for $6k. the body isnt in the best shape but body isnt my thing, its only got a few dents...is this a good deal? im wondering if it will be reliable or if something is gonna go wrong because if i buy this i wont have the money to fix it if something does. PLEASE HELP!
