The VP position is vacant, as soon as y'all nominate and elect somebody else.

I'm stepping out of the position, and FWIW, I really don't know if this chapter needs officers. The active members get along just fine, and the G2G's aren't a problem.

But, as per the guidelines the .org set out for us, somebody needs to fill the slot.

YOU CAN NOMINATE YOURSELF! So, lets nominate some people and get it started.

Tennessee Powerstrokes By-Laws

1 - The Director may make changes to existing By-Laws as developing situations demand attention. By-Laws may also be added or modified by popular vote.

2 - Director Responsibilities will include but are not limited too: Running of the chapter, scouting and setting up G2G's, keeping track of members and updating members list. Setting up the polls and keeping everyone updated on the goings on!

3 - Vice Director will carry on all the responsibilities of the director and will be made director in such a case as the acting director steps down, is removed or is to drunk! Vice Director is also expected to assist the Director in his duties.

So, as per the by-laws, when the Director is AWOL, the VP is the head honcho.

So, if Chris don't come back, Eric is gettin voted into the Director seat by default.

Grayson and a couple of the guys talked to him a month or two ago. I never heard anything about his intentions concerning his Chapter though.

Nope. I told him happy birthday. He said it wasnt his birthday. Asked him where he had been and he said busy with work and wrestling.
