Truck won't start

About 2 months ago my truck started having problems not starting. A friend of mine said hit it with Starting fliud. I did and it fired. It's happened a few time since. Two week ago I changed the oil and filters. now I can't get it to fire. it will turn over fine but not hit. I read on one of the blogs here on this site not to use eyther, use wd40 instead. so i won't do that agian.

I also read it may not be getting fuel. so I've changed the fuel filters. any ideas?
