Fuel Tank Needed

I know this is a stretch but does anybody have a spare or extra fuel tank for a 99 f250 shortbed by chance. Mine is leaking and I need to get it fixed.

I dont know if it will help but I just purchased a Titan tank for my 08 250 cc short bed that so you may have the old tank if it fits. I will be getting the new tank in next week sometime and the old one is yours if you would like it. I am currently in the Nashville area just let me know.

You are in luck. I just happen to have one sitting in my barn. It is for a 2002 but I am sure it will work for your 99. My truck is a shortbox as well, the one sitting in my barn is from a shortbox.

I needed the fuel gauge sending unit. So the junkyard sold me the whole tank including the sending unit for 150. Give me 50 and pay for the way to get it to you, then it is yours.

Being it is used I have no clue on how to ship it. So you would have to figure that part out.

Or if you want to just come up and install it at my place that will work too. I am about 8 hours from Tennessee. Oh and it takes less then an hour to swap the tank out.

But where is yours leaking from. Maybe just an o-ring or loose vent hose. Maybe the filler tube is loose as well.
