Looking for a good shop

My 04 with the 03 sticker is starting to blow white smoke. I have all of the gaskets and a full egr delete from FCDP and an oil cooler rebuild kit. I need to find a shop that wont anally rape me in price to tear down and install within a few hours of FT Campbell. Trying to decide if I should just port polish the head, new head bolts head gasket and turbo rebuild while im at it. but as Im sure you all know money doesnt grow on trees. I appreciate any advice.

I hate making multiple threads so I will ask on here then... are there any FT Campbell soldiers that are willing to take a day or two at the hobby shop on base to get this stuff done. Beer, Food, Money, Sex whatever it takes to get someone to answer me in this forum lol.

Yeah I did matter a fact, a local guy in Clarksville Named Carl Rogers, works exclusively on Ford diesels. If your looking to have work done I can PM you his number.
