6.0s overheating

I have two 05 6.0 that overheat under load going up hill ,usually when boost exceeds 25 any sug. other than egr valve checking head gasket or the coolant level in overflow bottle being too high ?

i think it might be the reason they r gitting hot having it over *25 boost uphill but it may be because of another problem..what kind of temps are u seeing?

hopefully someone else will chime in that might have an idea but i know once u go over 2k rpms for any extended period of time she gets hot quick..bump bump
