srw to drw swap

if anybody wants to make their dually a srw, read this, id like to make mine a dually:

heres what ive got:
my srw rear axle(3:73 posi, aluminum rear cover)
lariat wheels, 235 cooper ats load range "e" tires

what i need:
dually rear axle w/ 3:73 ratio(perferably posi but dosent have to be)
rear fenders
front adapters
tires and wheels (steel or aluminum, it dosent matter)

if you have a short bed it would be ideal because we could swap beds, but since there kinda rare i dont expect that ill find one, we can keep our own tires, and just swap wheelstoo if you like.im located in southern,md so im looking for someone on the east coast.please pm me if youre interested!

would you consider just using your rear and using spacers? Do you have to have the dually rear? I have a 01 I just bought. I only drove it home. Been re doing the front end suspension all week.
I want to end up with 35's on it. (srw). I thought about using 8 inch wide rims and adding 1.5 inch spacers to the front(then it would be about even on the back with the dually rear). I may be able to get rid of the fenders, front adapters, and 6, actually, 7 rims
I have 2 duallys.
A 99 and a 01. My wife drives the 99(its staying dually) The wheels and tires on the 01 have 6 new tires(brand new) And nicer wheels. Both are aluminum but the 01's are nicer. I was going to use the better ones on her truck and srw an 35's on mine.
Pm me we can talk
