IIRC they are 315's on 16.5 rims

The bolts were that long because on the F350 (like I have) the factory rear block is 5" tall. You have the shorter F250 rear block in there which is also why the rear sits lower then the front.

Looks good otherwise, and I too am leaning towards a 4" lift.
