best way to lift F250

Hi,
Just picked up an 2000 Super Duty Diesel, extra cab 4x4. I would like to lift it 1" in the front and 2" in the back or 2" and 3". What would be the best way to do this and who makes the kits?

thanks

I would just buy a leveling kit and f350 4'' rear blocks. Thats what I have.
