ext. cab rear springs on a crew cab???

I have a 4" lift that came off of a 01 ext cab 3/4 ton f250, it came with the OEM rear springs with the pro-comp add a leaf all ready installed on them.

I was woundering if it would be ok to put them on my 3/4 ton Crew cab? OR are the crew cab rear springs stiffer because of the added wieght?

Spring capacity varies based on suspension package the truck was equipped with.

99-07 rears are the same length and can be interchanged.

08s are longer.

They will be fine. The code is stamped on the spring.
