Icon Vehicle Dynamics would give you the best quality and best ride.

By far the most popular 4" that we sell for a 2000 would be the Icon 4.5" setup (hanger and shackle in the front):
Icon Vehicle Dynamics 2000-2004 FSD 4.5 inch Hanger System - 2000-2004 F250/F350 SRW 4wd - Truck Toyz Store

We also offer the Icon 4" setup (leaf springs in the front):
Icon Vehicle Dynamics 2000-2004 FSD 4 inch Suspension System - 2000-2004 F250/F350 SRW 4wd - Truck Toyz Store

And we have the BDS 4:
BDS 4 Inch Suspension System - 2000-2004 F250/350 4wd - 2000-2004 F250/F350 SRW 4wd - Truck Toyz Store

Let me know if you have any questions.
