It's less noticable with stock tires/wheels.

Mine's also equal on both sides. It wanders all over like crazy, but my axle is centered.

Do you have caster cams installed with the leveling kit?

What an assumption on your part.

As for how or why the trac bar pulls the axle over to the driver's side....here's a little experiment that you can do if you want.

Stand up
Go Close to a wall.
Extend your arm straight out so that your finger tips are just barely touching the wall.
While, remaining in place, lower your arm 3".
Your fingers are no longer touching the wall, since your arm is a fixed length and moves in an arc as it goes up and down.

Just like a trac bar.

Your shoulder would be the upper mount at the frame and your hand/fingers the mount at the axle.

Obviously the frame isn't going anywhere, but the axle can be pulled over under the truck.

Nope, but saw your post the other day and am strongly considering them. Will it be that much of a difference? I love the look of my truck but hate the leveling kit due to the wandering.

It's a 2.25* postive change in caster with the cams.
The 05+ trucks don't run much caster stock and installing a leveling kit w/o cams gives you a more negative caster reading.
Too negative (too close to zero or an actual negative degree) on the SDs will cause wandering.

Wheel Alignment A Short Course

Stock cam vs. the cam that comes with the Icon 2.5":

Just make sure your tires will clear before you drive off after installing the cams, if you do. I put them on my truck got all done lowered the front and turned the wheel while in the shop still and tire hit the fender metal, not liner but the painted metal. Didn't even make it out of the shop before I put the stock cams back in. 8 hours of wasted time and $500 later I was on my way ($100 for the cams but while the truck was apart I also went and bought the Bilstein leveling kit because I wanted the spacers gone)

With the upper ball joint being moved back such a small amount it's hard to imagine that you rubbed sheet metal with them, but rub nothing now.
