01 f250 front upper and lower shock mounts

I have an 01 f250 4x4 7.3l and currently I have a dual shock setup (hoop style) on the front of my truck. I want to put it back to the stock one shock set up but I cannot find the mounts anywhere except from ford and I would not like pay the $250 ford wants for just the upper mount. Does anyone know where I can find the upper and lower shock mount for not an arm and a leg? Thank for the help1

junkyard would be my place to stop, 99-04 will work and are the same for f-250-550s and excursions. if you still can find it, you should be able to modify a 80-96 f350 mount pretty easy to work, they are around $30 from ford.
