I would like to know if the ProComp one's actually work, they look kinda flimsy. $230 is without the mounting kit though, cheapest I have seen for everything needed was like $350 shipped.

I got the pro comp for 200 with all the mounting hardware. here is a review

Jobsite is 4x4 only access, new road cut into mountain, has been 4x4 and will be 4x4 only till the road is in.

Before unloaded I "could" make it up in 2wd with tons of hop, tires spinning, and it just wasn't fun. Better off just getting out in the morning and locking hubs.

Put the pro comp trac bars in and I can now make it up in 2wd with 0 hop, well ill be honest it will hop maybe once every two weeks. And there is minimal tire spinning. Same exact tires, same psi. Buddy has a 250 4x4 and in 2wd he still hops just as bad as before, so I know the road has not gotten "better".

Maybe its my driving idk, but I really didnt think these bars would make THAT much of a difference but they have.

Im sure if you were a hardcore off roader, you would probably say my trac bars suck or something. Im sure your 800 dollar setups are better.

But if you are like me and want functional traction bars that actually help out alot, for mild off roading( this road during rain has even gotten 4wd trucks tuck, even my buddys with a detriot tru trac in the rear with 4x4), you cant beat them.

Rize bars are nice...cost about a grand....I have heard some complaints on the noise associated with them though....for the price....a few bucks more...on a $50K plus rig...I decided to go with OUO...IMO they right now are on top.
