Kumho makes a 38 for a 24.....not 22s that I'm aware of, or listed on their website.
Kumho Tire USA - Light Truck - Mud Terrain

A few companies have 37s for 22s.

I run 38s and 20s and I sit about 9.25" over stock:

Here's Marty's old 03 with a 10.5" lift and 38s on 20x12s:

Correct, Kumho only offers 38s in 20s and 24s and 37s in 20, 22 & 24s. I run the 38/24s on my truck and 37/22 on my wife's truck. Both great tires.
