Rear Spring Problem

01 Ex with 6" lift - unknown brand.
I need to replace the bushings in the aft end of the rear springs but I don't know what size bushings to use. Same size in aftermarket springs as stockers?
Also, the problem I'm talking about is I noticed that the aft hangers seem to be cocking just a little and pulling on the rivets where they mount to the frame.
Anyone else noticing this happening?
My truck has 223k miles on it.
