Wheels for level and 35s

ive got a 2002 f250. looking at doing a leveling kit with 315/75 r16 tires. was told that 16x10 wheels should work but the leveling kit im looking at (pro comp) says that anything over 16x8 wheels with 35s will void the warranty. i can get 16x10 with 4.5" backspacing and -24mm offset and 16x8 with 4" backspacing and -12mm pretty handily. now ive never refuted the advice of others but should i keep the warranty and go with the 16x8s or should i go with the advice and get the 16x10s? thanks y'all
