Is a steering stabilizer a must for a 4.5" suspension lift?

I will be installing an Icon 4.5" lift on my '08 F-350 and running stock 20" wheels on 35" tires. Is a steering stabilizer a must? If so I'd be installing the Icon Dual Steel Stabilizer Kit. Thank you!

Topgun springs are made by Icon. I know this for fact because I inquired them about who they got their springs from.
I have the Icon 7" springs and they are much better then the stock ride. My springs have the D&R Racing logo on them which is actually where the design for Icon originated.

Any ways that's what I know...................Oh yea: Hell YES you need that stabilizer

99-04 they only mask steering issues. I have run 285s, 365s and 315s on my truck without a steering stabilizer, no issues. In fact, when I had the 285s, I put one on because I thought that I needed one (there wasn't one on it when I bought the truck in '06). I didn't notice any difference, I bent the rod off roading one night, took it off and never looked back.

I don't know about '05 and up, but some guys swear it helps with Death Wobble.

from what i know you don't need one, but i here they can help save your alignment, in turn saving tires and money... don't know how true it is but it sounded legit to me

Actually Top Gun's coils are supplied by Pure Performance and not Icon. They were an Icon dealer a few years back but I don't believe that the 2 do business together any longer.
