'06 D60 in an '05 Ex will my ABS work?

Started this one because I didn't want to stomp in the "08 to 03" tread.

Hey all, new here and new to the powerstroke engine as well but that's not the point of this post.

I'm collecting the parts to do a radius arm D60 swap into my Ex, just picked up the front axle this weekend actually though I still need a bunch more parts. Now I've been hit with a bad thought... will my ABS work with the superduty axles? I checked and see that the master cylinder bore is the same size, so I'm not worried about brake fluid volume, but will the sensors on the "new" axles get along with the existing Ex ABS unit?

Thanks.
