wheel question

Im looking into getting some 20x12 motometal 962s with either 33's or 34's. the wheels have a -44 offset. What would i have to do suspension wise to run that? leveling kit or would i have to actually put a lift kit on it? thanks for any help!

You have a 2005 right? those wheels will be sticking out 5" further out then stock! You would have to lift at least 6" to clear 34's, if not 8".
