Build - 8" Lift, 38's...Faaabtech?

I have a stock '09 6.4l CCSB. Looking to add 8" to fit some 38s, now multiple techs around my area have recommended the fabtech radius arm kit with dirtlogic shocks. Haven't seen much encouraging talk about fabtech on here so just looking for some input. Also the website says the 8" lift only fits 37s but looking at previous posts it seems 38s should fit without any body mods? This will be a daily driver but at the same time I would get laughed out of town if I didn't take 'er up the mountain and bog out in the mudpits.

I have the fabtech radius arms with 7" I-Con springs and using the Rancho 9000 shocks also with Toyo 38/15.50/18 MT tires.
It fits nicely and the ride is pretty good too. You can take a look at my pics to see the stance but I had these 38" tires on a 6" lift the coil springs were rough country and there was no zero none natta suspension travel so the tires didn't rub. But HOLY $HIT rode like a Sherman tank !
Went to 7" I-Con coils and I like it a lot more. Yes I now have a moving suspension too

Oh the pics with the doors open and the one in the gravel are the 7" lift the others are 6" you can see the difference.
