Help with rear leaf spring selection

I have a set ProComp 4" leafs on the front of my truck. I also have a 4" solid block in the rear. I want the rear of the truck to be 1" higher than it is now with no blocks used.

Soooo.....do I get a 5" lift rear leafpack from ProComp or what? None of their descriptions are straight forward.

I mean 5" lift from what? No blocks, just axle? Stock Blocks? Damn help me please.

find your local spring shop have them arc you a new set of springs the ride will be much smoother than spring with blocks ihave 6in rides nice 97 f350crew

well ProComp 5" rear lift springs are $275 shipped for both packs. Locally I was quoted $300 a piece. Anyone have any input?
