Fabtach Spring hanger kits

Does anyone know what is different about Fabtech's spring hanger kits? They list one for a 99-00 and one for a 01-04. All I can find in the description is the later models get a frame cross brace and bumper brackets. I found a brand new Fabtech kit but he traded the 03 truck before he put it on and it won't fit the 05. I've tried the search but can't find anything on this.

Just for future information. I called Fabtech and even tho they list 2 different p/n's for 99-2000 and 2001-2004 shackle and spring hanger kits the later model will work on the 99-00 model superdutys. The late model comes with a brace and bumper brackets that the early model won't need.
