Need some advise on what lift to buy.

I'm looking to buy a 6" lift for a 2000 F-250 7.3L lariat. I have looked at 2 of the more popular lifts companies. First one doesn't have the pitman arm or shocks with the kit and it is much more expensive than second which does sell the complete kit. This leads me to believe there is a quality difference (second one is less quality I suppose). Any advise on what brand to buy would help. Didn't want to mention company names on the forum.

Im just looking for quality in a complete kit including pitman arm and all the shocks. Any recommendations?

I am thinking about the Procomp 6.5". Seems decent, never ran one before, but comes with everything to get on the road.

How fat is your wallet? Most lifts are the same stuff, different pile. The really nice ones cost more.

That being said, if I had to do it again, I'd use a 2" or 3" hanger and a 3" or 4" spring up front. Out back either an 8" block WITH a traction bar mount or a shackle flip and front hanger drop with a short block and traction bars.

I would also avoid white tube nitrogen shocks for a selectable shock (MX6 for example). Yeah they're cheap, but they're hella stiff, too. With an MX6 you have some input on the ride.

No my answers aren't cheap, but I have spent more money screwing around than if I would have gone this route THE FIRST TIME.

WHAT!?! I was trying to list stuff that everyone else
hasn't already listed for their truck!

I would definitely look elsewhere. While the price is probably attractive to you, the ride and quality of the kit will not be. I highly suggest taking a look at the offerings from Icon. Their stage one will ride and handle much better than anything Pro-Comp has.
