35/12.5 toyo mt 17x9 5" back space help!

I know this topic has been beat to death but I've seach evey forum and read till I'm cross eyed. I can't find a definate answer. Will that tire wheel and back spacing combo work on an 06 250 with a 2.5 level kit? I've read and been told they have to be on factory back space wheels and I've read they don't so can someone with experience please help. I'm planning on doing a 4-4.5 carli or icon down the road but funds won't cover it all right now.

That should work fine and will be near perfect when you go up to 4.5".

Thanks for the reply Skyd Ram, have just been worried that the 5" bs might rub as opposed to factory bs, I wish I had the funds to go with the carli 4.5 but just can't squeeze that and an engagement ring to

YUP,

I was with my family bouncing down the northern MI backroads house hunting a few weeks ago in the stock '11 F250 and my wife asked why we didn't bring the Carli equipped Dodge instead. I replied that the suspension on this truck will be upgraded soon. Luckily my wife likes nice trucks, Jeeps, snowmobiles etc. more than shiny things. The front axle in her Jeep cost more than her ring and she is fine with that.
