Do I have a 4" or 6" lift???

I bought this 08 king ranch as you see it. Guy said it was a 6" lift, but every time I see other trucks with "6" mines not as high. I want to get rid of the rims and tires on it but it depends what I can fit??? Any help is greatly appreciated.

On a side note, the drop down bracket under the motor rubs on my sway bar. Is this normal on skyjacker lift??? I have pics of it but don't know how to load more than one pic

The rubbing is because you need sway bar drop brackets and stock sway bar links. What size are the tires?
