larger blocks for reae axl

I am getting ready to put larger blocks in the rear of my f350 drw. It came with 2" blocks now I'm going to put 4" blocks in. I got the blocks from ford. they are stock blocks for f350 srw. Is this job as simple as jacking the truck up supporting the rear and taking off the old u bolts pulling out the old blocks and replacing them with new blocks and longer u bolts. and bolting back togeather or is it more to it that I should know about it.
