I put a 2.5" leveling kit under my truck with 3 out of 4 minipack leveling blocks, ending up with a little over 4 inches. The noise of the leafs rubbing eachother on bumps was pretty loud and when I say I felt every little bump, I mean I felt every single bump lol. Needless to say I removed the minipack blocks and going to do a 1" shackle lift this weekend for total of 3.5". To answer you question, you will be fine but it will ride like a tank and create a lot of noise.

I let it beat me up for a month, then removed them.
