Smoothing Out Ride

I'm new to the site. I've got a '99 F250 that I've bought new. I don't tow, haul or use it for really any heavy work. It's getting ready to turn over 170K miles.

My back is't what used to be. I was wondering if anyone here had ever tried to soften the ride on their truck? I was thinking leaf springs and shocks but I'm not sure. All advice would be appreciated.

Contact Cary at Home email: ctperformanceinc@yahoo.com
He does wonders for the harsh Excursion ride and I'm sure he can help you with what you need.

EDIT ROTFLMAO just saw how old the post was.
