Help!!!!!

So i was following directions and accomplishing my periodic re-torque of my lift kit components when I get to the sway bar brackets. All was well until i got to the driver side rear bolt...torquing it (below specs according to the directions) at 85 ft lb, the dang thing snapped in half. Whats the fix? It looks like ford puts the bolt into the boxed frame and tack welds it in...so i cant get it out. I dont wanna drive with 3 of the 4 bolts holdin the sway bar in place...so whats my option short of drillin it out and hoping a tap n dye works?
