a little more lift

i have 03 f250 with a 6" roughcountry spring lift..can i add another 1" without spending alot of money?

Sort of, if you only want that lift in the rear. A one incher taller, notice I said taller NOT additional, would do it.

Up front, it's a little more involved, blocks are no bueno, track bar/drag link lengths/angles, drive shaft length (front shaft travels farther than rear) all need to be considered after 6 inch lift.
