Early 99 10-12" Lift Kit

I live in Colorado and I have called a few shops looking for a 10" to 12" lift and some have them for the late 99's but not for the early ones. Does anyone know where I can find one of these?? I want to do it through a shop because I cannot pay all at once so I will open up a layaway account with them. So can anyone help me?? Thank you in advance.

I want to start a layaway account with someone and just put money in it occasionally when I can. THat way the money will not be spent on other things. It gets saved up to do what I want with my truck.
