want new shocks....
okay, maybe im missing something, but i was looking at putting either rancho or skyjacker shocks on my truck but i feel like im missing a step. Is it really as easy as taking the new ones off and putting the new ones on?? They are cheaper than I ekpected and things just arent adding up. I dont know what kind are on the truck now, or how long they've been on, so I wanted to start fresh with materials I purchased.
thanks Steve |

as long as the shocks are specific to your truck, they should just be bolt on. Just an FYI, i took my truck in for an alignment at Les Schwab, they noticed a Clunk. they said it was the front shock bushings were worn out. they asked me if they were "THEIR" shocks, which they were, and replaced them FREE of charge.
Apparently Les Schwab shocks are Lifetime Warranty...
