Shackle LIFT Question

I'm looking at a 1" shackle lift to give my truck 3.5" of total lift. Does anyone know if I will be fine with just a shackle for 1" or do I also need the hanger? I appreciate any help, I'm trying to get it done this weekend to get my truck riding like normal again!!

it depends , do you have adjustable or offset cams in the balljoints. 1" isnt muh, but a half a degree can create deathwobble.

No but if it creates death wobble, I will get dual stabilizer kit, I have already ordered the shackle lift for Friday

the dual stabilizer DOSNT FIX death wobble......if you alignment is correct, ( caster mainly and toe settings) you should not have any issues. worn parts and a bad alignmnet cause it...... dual stabilizers just mask it.
