Nice response Brandon; it's good to see some personal involvement from a big company like that. I've had my issues with 4WP before, especially related to shipping. Or, if I tell you I'm calling around the country looking for a specific replacement brake line to go wheeling this weekend, don't charge me overnight shipping, send it next Monday, then say oops we don't really keep those in stock. Sorry, well in the past, but had to vent! But in all fairness, I've probably placed well over 1,000 parts orders in the past several years between various companies. At one time or another, every parts house has botched at least one of my orders between the car, trucks, and bike...

Oh, and I know most companies do it, but those tire and wheel specials are a little..you know... I mean, how buy 3 get 1 free costs more than regular price I'll never know? But, Merchants down the street is doing the same thing right now.

Ben

FWIW: I still order from your store

I order almost from 4WP pretty often and I have never had any problems. The guys here at the Tampa store have always taken great care of me. The have even gone out of there way to help me after I had an issue with my truck and they looked at it while I was getting other things done to help me figure it out. I have never had any complaints. The sales and Techs at the Tampa store are awesome and should be comended for the good things they do. This is why I will coninue to shop from them for some time to come.

Most of the complaints come from ordering from the website

Good to see the quick response Brandon WELCOME TO ORG! ! !

I've ordered many things from 4Wheelparts Orlando, Florida Store and they have been great, nice guys and good customer service and have also attended Truckfest the last 2 years which has some great deals. Thanks for showing your concern and trying to make things right

I'll definately do business with ya'll again

Thanks guys, trust me I absolutely see the problems with our website. I brought it to the attention of the higher ups and now I am in charge of fixing it.(lucky me) Please send me any problems you may have had. We just relaunched a new version of the content on the web and are working hard to make it better. If you see a problem please tell me.

Thanks again,

Brandon
