Man sorry to hear about that man, but like said before, legally they HAVE to sell you the tires at that price but you would have to prove that is the price you agreed upon. I too have done ALOT of business thru them building both my off road trucks and never a problem.

That sucks. I work In the shop here at the 4wheel parts in Nashville, Usually the salesmen up front are pretty good about taking care of the customer.

I've heard a lot of bad transaction issues with 4wheelparts.

Isn't it a policy for them to NOT scan your card info until the item is shipped??? I know everyone that I have either e-mailed or given my card info over the phone will not charge it until either the item ships or I tell them it's OK to take the $$$. Heck, some places will even wait until you actually have the $$$ in your account to charge it...even if the item is shipped!!! (DiscountPowerParts!!!....who totally ROCKS BTW!!!!!!!)

They sent me the wrong wheels after a month of waiting, also no lug nuts at all. They ended up giving me $100 off and a discount on the Flashpaq, all in all, never again. I'll use Pat and Larry from now on. They are also site vendors here.

I just got my '08 lifted through them and loved the products, service, price, everything! Since I had such a huge order they hooked me up nicely (price matched tires, gave me $40 off each wheel which was already at lowest cost I had found elsewhere, threw in a dual steering-stabilizer, and knocked off some of the labor charge). I did my negotiations and ordering through the national hotline and they let me pay a small down payment to ship all the goods and then I payed the remainder after the install at my local 4WP. Sucks you had bad luck with them but I will go there again no doubt.

Unfortunately it seems a few bad employees are tarnishing this companies name.

Update: got a call today from Tyler @ 4wheelparts. He offered me a $150 gift certificate to remove my thread. At first I agreed but I think I'm gonna just let it run, maybe this will save someone a real headache and $$$. Also check out Ripoff Report: By Consumers, For Consumers , just put 4 wheel parts in the search, you'll be shocked.
