f350 front drive shaft popped out on 6 inch lift

I am looking at a 2000 f350 with 6 in lift manual trans. Owner says need clutch and front drive shaft popped out. How can drive shaft come out of differ. Could there be other damage to look for. Haven't heard it run yet.

Maybe it didn't come out of the differential, maybe it came apart at the slip yoke. Too much axle travel, not enough slip yoke, pop! Out it comes. It is VERY important that it is reassembled at the same clocking that it came apart.
