Icon 3.5"??

Purchased the Icon stage 2 with trac , 1" spacer front and 5" rear block. My 2012 is FX4 with plow package and sits level now as is. I want my truck to be level.... But after seeing some others on here with the 2.5" and 35's I am worried that 3.5" and 35's will be too much fender space for me IDK? Will my truck be noticeably lower in the front if I choose not to use front block? Is it easier to add spacer later or remove later if that matters?

Could anyone post or link a pic of a 11' or newer with Icon 3.5" on 35's? Thanks in advance for any help!!
