Firestone Airbags with a 5" exhaust

Has anyone installed the Firestone RideRite Airbags on a superduty with a 5" exhaust? My wife bought me a set for christmas and I was going to have the local 4x4 shop install them and they are saying the clearance might be an issue??? It does look tight but it looks like it would fit, just not sure. Let me know if anyone has installed these with the exhaust.

Ive got RideRites on my 05 250 with 5 inch and there is no problems

I think it is because of the diamond eye brand, another guy has em on an 08 but he has a flopro exhaust
